Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

HOLIDAY SEASON 2021

Last day to order the Pre-Order Holiday Collection Gifts has been extended from December 3rd to December 6th.

Pre-Ordered Holiday Collection Gifts will be shipped on December 10th.

Gifts ordered after December 15th may not be delivered on time due to shipping carrier's delivery estimates during high volume season. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All wedding and corporate gifting orders outside of the geographies listed in our Local Delivery section are subject to the rates calculated by our shipping vendor.

Local delivery

Local delivery is not available for our Curated Shop Gifts and gifts created with our Design-A-Box feature.

For Wedding and Corporate Gifting: We offer $25 delivery fee for events and clients who would like hand delivery within a 30 mile radius of Cleveland, OH and $50 hand delivery to Akron, OH.
